ABOUT ZACHARY TEST
Retired professional union rugby player and coach of the San Diego Legion, which is part of Major League Rugby. He was a member of the United States national rugby sevens team. In 2011, he won Player of the Year from Rugby Mag in Men's 7s. He is known for his ability to catch kicks and restarts.
He began playing rugby in his freshman year of high school.
He also played for United States Maccabiah rugby union team and helped them win bronze. He announced his retirement from rugby in 2018, after sustaining a head injury at the 2017 Americas Rugby Championship.
He was born in Woodside, California and was raised in Redwood City, California. He is of Jewish descent and attended a Jewish day school.
