ABOUT YUGO KANNO
Japanese composer and musician who has gained fame for his soundtrack work on feature films, television dramas, and anime series. His music can be heard on Psycho-Pass, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, Amalfi: Rewards of the Goddess, and many other films and series.
He started playing piano at the age of four. He studied at the Tokyo College of Music.
In 2010, he won a Japanese Movie Critics Award for his work on the 2009 mystery/thriller film Amalfi: Rewards of the Goddess.
His father was an audiophile who influenced his love of jazz and classical music.
He composed the soundtrack for the 2008 sports action comedy Shaolin Girl, starring Ko Shibasaki .
