ABOUT YAHIA FOFANA

French goalkeeper and athlete who won the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations with the Ivory Coast national team. At the club level, he kicked off his senior career with Le Havre and made his Coupe de France debut in the year 2021.

He played youth soccer for Red Star and Le Havre.

He made 38 league appearances for Le Havre from the year 2017 to the year 2022. He made his professional debut for the club in a Coupe de la Ligue match. In the year 2022, he signed with Angers. He is quite tall, standing at six feet, four inches.

He is of Ivorian descent.

He and Jean Michael Seri competed together in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
