Czech soccer star and athlete who played for several teams including Baník Ostrava, Sparta Prague, Fiorentina, West Ham United F.C. and České Budějovice. He also played for the Czech national team. He had repeated disciplinary problems during his professional career.

In the year 1990, he began his career with FC Baník Ostrava.

From the years 1994 to 2001, he played for the Czech Republic 45 times. In the year 2020, he was released from prison seven months into a two and a half-year sentence for fraud after selling a Mercedes which he no longer owned. In the year 2007, he was fined for attacking a cameraman after being sent off during a game. He stands 6' tall.

He has a daughter and a son with his ex-wife ren-popsinger.html">Renáta Řepková. He has a son with his ex-wife Vlaďka Erbová.

He played alongside David James at West Ham United F.C.
