The idea to launch a blog began on a camping trip in 2012 when Tiffany was describing to Sarah the process of soap making. After emailing her some instructions, the two conceived that they would be perfect for a blog post. And thus, Offbeat + Inspired was born.

She has a self-titled YouTube channel where she occasionally posts vlogs and other videos.

Her boyfriend, Kappel Cloninger, is a photographer. She has a sister named Rachel.

Both she and Sophia Vantuno are popular photographers and lifestyle bloggers.
