Saudi television presenter and actress best recognized for hosting the talk show MBC in a Week. She was previously a presenter for Sky New Arabia. As an actress, she made her professional debut in the comedy series Studio 21.

She studied journalism and communications while at university in Montreal, Canada.

She is an avid scuba diver. She posts photos of her diving adventures on her taghridalhowish Instagram account, where she has gained upwards of 1.1 million followers.

She featured her cat Ferdinand in an Instagram post published on February 14, 2021.
