Track and field athlete who specializes in long distance running. She entered the 2016 U.S. Olympic trials with the fifth-fastest qualifying time.

She was a professional runner for the Maryland-based Riadha team.

She had a cancerous tumor in her right hamstring in 2010 that she probably wouldn't have discovered if it weren't for running.

She is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. She was a two-time Big 12 Conference runner up for the Missouri Tigers.

She placed second behind Shalane Flanagan at the 2010 US Half Marathon Championships.
