ABOUT RUAHEI DEMANT
New Zealand rugby union player who has gained fame as a member of Auckland, the Blues Women, and the Black Ferns. As a member of the Blues, she played in the very first women's Super Rugby match in New Zealand. She joined the Black Ferns in 2018.
She attended Mahurangi College.
She has played as a first five-eighth, a second five-eighth, and a centre. She played for the Black Ferns in the 2021 Rugby World Cup.
Her younger sister, Kiritapu Demant, has also played for the Black Ferns.
