Offensive lineman who played in the CFL from 1987-2000, most notably for the Calgary Stampeders.

He played college football at Concordia University.

During his career he was a five-time All-Star and a two-time Grey Cup winner.

He was born in Hamilton, Ontario.

He won the 80th Grey Cup while protecting quarterback Doug Flutie .
