Professional winger that was signed by the St. Helens Rugby Football Club in 2016. He has also made appearances as a member of the Wales national rugby team.

He signed his first career rugby contract at the age of 17.

He made his international rugby debut playing against the French national team in 2015.

He is a native of Port Talbot, Wales.
