Not known by any particular royal title, this grandson of Queen instagramstar.html">Elizabeth II and nephew of Prince Charles was born to Princess Anne and Captain youtubestar.html">Mark Phillips . In the early 2000s, he worked as a corporate hospitality manager for Jaguar. In 2016, he became the managing director at SEL UK.

After studying sports science at the University of Exeter , he found employment at both Williams Grand Prix Engineering Ltd. and Jaguar Racing.

He and his sister, Zara Phillips , grew up largely shielded from the public eye. In the 2012  Rugby league Challenge Cup Final, he appeared as the guest of honor.

In 2008, he married a Canadian woman named Autumn Kelly; they welcomed daughters Savannah and Isla in 2010 and 2012, respectively. The couple went their separate ways in 2021. In 2024, he began dating Harriet Spering. The couple announced their engagement in August 2025.

Following the 1997 death of Princess Diana, he offered a great deal of support to his slightly younger first cousin, Prince William .
