Lawyer and professor of Commercial Law. He has published several law and anti-corruption books and papers.
He received his bachelor's and master's degree from the Law School of the University of São Paulo.
He became known in the 90s for his participation in the Special Investigation Commission created by President Itamar Franco.
He and his wife Claudia de Souza Oliveira Carvalhosa share children Sofia and Luis.
Guilherme de Souza Nucci is also a well-known Brazilian lawyer.
