One of her first acting credits was in the 2009 short film The Real Housewives of Fargo.
She has worked as a story editor and creative consultant on shows like Glam Fairy, Jerseylicious, and Nickelodeon's Crashletes. She has also hosted the podcast Come Out, Come Out.
Her mother, Mary Welch, was an electrician.
She has hosted the live talk show The Mo Show at The wrestler.html">Virgil. The show has played host to guests like Rachel Bloom , Cecily Strong , and Rich Fulcher , amongst others.
