ABOUT MELISSA CADDICK
Australian businesswoman who operated an elaborate Ponzi scheme. She is suspected of fraudulently misappropriating between A$20 and A$30 million in funds from clients. She used the money to fund an expensive lifestyle with properties, travel, luxury cars, artwork, designer clothing, and jewelry. She disappeared the day after authorities raided her Sydney home and was declared dead after her foot was discovered on a beach.
She graduated from Peakhurst High School. She enrolled in a business college and worked as a secretary.
In June 2013, she started her own financial services business. Most of her clients were family members or close friends of herself
and her family.
In 2013, she divorced her first husband Tony Caddick. They had a son who was born in 2006. She was survived by her second husband Anthony Koletti.
