ABOUT MAHBUB ZAHEDI
Longtime Bangladeshi journalist who was the editor of the Khaleej Times and a senior assistant editor of Dawn.
He studied English literature at the University of Dhaka.
He authored two books about the stamps of Pakistan and the Gulf nations.
He and his wife, Qamarunnisa Begun, had three chidlren together: Jamila, Dilawar, and Selina.
He, like Sheikh Rahman , graduated from the University of Dhaka.
