Personal trainer and lifestyle blogger who was formerly known as Krystal Forscutt.

Before she was a blogger, she was a model and reality TV star. She first appeared as a contestant on Big Brother Australia in 2006.

In 2007, she became the first ever Australian to appear in the video game Need For Speed: ProStreet.

In 2012, she married Neil Hipwell, a builder. She gave birth to their son Sunny in 2014, and their daughter Nakoda in 2018. Her mother, Karen Forscutt, appeared with her on Big Brother in 2006.

In 2009, she attended the Australian premiere of The Lovely Bones with Ruby Rose .
