Christian author and blogger who has written the books, Anchored: Finding Hope in the Unexpected and In Bloom: Trading Restless Insecurity for Abiding Confidence. In her books, she talks about her motherhood journey while encouraging women to both live out their dreams and love themselves. She has often discussed the importance of her Christian faith in her life. She also runs the blog Kayle Aimee Writes where she documents her life as a mother.

She studied Sociology at Kennesaw State University . After college, she worked as a Social Media Specialist and Marketing Associate at Sherri's Portraits for one year.

She enjoys listening to 90's music. She is also a fan of vintage furniture, weddings, and outfit selfies.

In 2006, she tied the knot with her husband. Together, they have a daughter and a son.
