Norwegian model and TV star host known for competing in the Miss Universe and Miss World beauty pageants. She has also been the host of several Norwegian TV shows including a home makeover show called Norges Styggeste Rom which means "Norway's Ugliest Room" in Norwegian.

She has been modeling since she was 15 years old. In 2001, she won her first competition, Miss Norway. In 2004, she won Miss Norway Universe.

She co-hosts a podcast with her husband called Ekteskapet which means "marriage" in Norwegian. She owns a wedding dress shop in Oslo, Norway. She is 5'9" tall. She has gained over 120,000 followers to her kathrinesorland Instagram account where she promotes her work and shares pictures of her family.

She married Andreas Holk in 2006.

She has worked as a TV show host and presenter for the Norwegian version of Top Model .
