ABOUT KAN KIMURA
Japanese pop singer and songwriter known more commonly simply as KAN. His biggest commercial success came in the 1990s, with several top-ten albums and the number one single "Ai wa Katsu."
He started his musical career composing music for movies before releasing his first album in 1987.
Although the peak of his success came in the early 1990s, all six of his stuido albums released after 1995 were top 50 hits in Japan.
He grew up in Fukuoka, Japan.
He had a role in the movie A Ghost of a Chance, which starred Eri Fukatsu .
