Activist known for her pro-environmental and anti-tax work. She lived for more than a year in a giant redwood tree and co-authored such books as The Legacy of Luna and One Makes the Difference. Her activism has led her to amass over 90,000 Instagram followers.

As a young woman, she was involved in a serious car accident that required her to re-learn how to walk and speak.

After living in a tree to protest the Pacific Lumber Company's policies, she became a motivational speaker and co-founder of the Circle of Life Foundation.

She and her two brothers grew up in numerous places; their father was a traveling minister.
