ABOUT JOHNNY LOZADA

Puerto Rican singer, actor, and television personality known for performing with the boy-band Menudo from 1980 to 1984. He has hosted Univision's morning talk show called ¡Despierta América! He won the fourth season of Mira Quién Baila and went on to become a judge from there.

In addition to his membership in Menudo, he has also acted in the telenovelas Quiero Ser and Es por Amor.

In 1998, he and several other former members of Menudo formed the group El Reencuentro and toured successfully for several years.

He married Sandy Meléndez and had four children: Natalia, Thalía, Felipe, and Jahn Gabriel.

Pop star Ricky Martin was also a member of Menudo.
