Famous as the son of model and screen actress Bridget Moynahan and star New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady , John Edward Thomas Moynahan was born in Santa Monica, California, approximately nine months after his parents ended their three-year relationship. He is often spotted in public with his father.

A year before the birth of their son, Bridget Moynahan starred in the ABC series Six Degrees and Tom Brady set numerous NFL records.

In a 2008 magazine interview, Bridget Moynahan remarked that she was content as a single parent. He often appears on his father's Instagram account.

After his father, Tom Brady, married supermodel Gisele Bundchen , John Moynahan became the older half sibling to Benjamin and Vivian Brady .
