ABOUT JOHN GROGAN
Detroit-born writer and journalist best known as the author of the popular autobiographical novel Marley & Me. He has also served as a columnist for The Philadelphia Inquirer and the editor-in-chief of Organic Gardening magazine.
He was part of the prestigious Kiplinger Fellows program at Ohio State University.
His best-selling book, Marley & Me, was made into a film, which, in 2008, became the top-grossing Christmas Day release ever. He has written many children's books, which often center on Marley.
He has children named Patrick, Colleen, and Conor.
The film version of Marley & Me stars A-list actors like Jennifer Aniston .
