He studied at the Fundação Evangélica secondary school in Novo Hamburgo. She studied Psychology at UNISINOS. She also took several courses abroad in South Korea. She interned in human resources while in college, and later then adopted a practice style informed by positive psychology. She and Eduardo Bolsonaro met on New Year's 2016 in Santa Catarina. She supported him during the 2018 election.

She is a fan and participant of target shooting. She is a dog owner and lover. She provides online coaching and therapy sessions.

She was born Heloísa Viegas Brenner Wolf. She was born and raised in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. She and Eduardo Bolsonaro married in 2019. They have two children together, Geórgia and Jair Henrique.

Her mother-in-law is Michelle Bolsonaro .
