American race car driver who won 8 consecutive ARCA championships from 2000 to 2007.
He began his career racing street cars at the age of 15.
He competed in his first NASCAR event at the 1995 Ford Credit 200 at Louisville.
His father Bill Kimmel Sr. was 3-time ARCA race winner.
He competed at the 2013 American Ethanol 200, which was won by Timothy Peters .
