Journalist and television news anchor known for her role on the show The Urban Debate. She reports news regarding the topics of government accountability, the safety of women and children, education, health, and urban development. She was previously the executive editor of Mirror Now. Her rise to fame has generated a following of 1.9 million on Instagram and 1.1 million on her Twitter account, both of which operate under the name fayedsouza.

She attended Mount Carmel College and studied journalism. She started her professional career in 2003 with CNBC TV.

She was awarded the RedInk Award for Journalist of the Year in 2018. She was the host of three shows on ET now. They were Investor's Guide, All About Stocks and The Property Guide.

She is from Mangalore, Karnataka. She has one child. She married Sagar Gokhale.

She won the Agent of Change award at the Vogue Women of The Year celebration in 2021 along with actress Alia Bhatt .
