ABOUT FS FLINT

English poet, literary critic, and translator associated with the Imagist School. He published three poetry collections: Cadences, In the Net of the Stars, and Otherworld.

He abandoned formal schooling at age thirteen and published his first poetry collection, In the Net of the Stars, eleven years later.

He gave up poetry in the 1930s in favor of more fiscally practical pursuits. During this period, he worked for the Ministry of Labour's Statistics Division and also published an article entitled "The Plain Man and Economics."

He was born in the Islington district of London and began his long-lasting Civil Service career at the age of nineteen.

He, like Ezra Pound , was a member of the Imagist School of poetry.
