Remembered for his work in such films as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Parts 1 and 2), Stormbreaker, Batman Begins, and instagramstar.html">Elizabeth: The Golden Age, this screen actor and martial artist also occasionally worked as a voice actor, playing the character of Eddie O'Connor in The Getaway: Black Monday video game.
Early in his career, he appeared with Brad Pitt and Benicio Del Toro in the Guy Richie-directed comedy film, Snatch.
His wide-ranging martial arts experience included training in Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and boxing.
He was born and raised in London, England. When he died in his early fifties while on a wilderness excursion in Death Valley, California, he was survived by one child, a daughter.
He appeared with Michael Fassbender in the 2010 action movie, Centurion.
