Content creator widely known as Speed who gained popularity for the NBA 2K gameplays and tutorials he posts to his iShowSpeed YouTube channel. His videos have earned him over 44 million subscribers on the platform.

He launched his YouTube channel in March 2016.

One of his most popular YouTube videos is titled "I MADE A HOMEMADE ZEN AND USED IT ON MY POSTSCORER IN NBA2K21! THIS RUBBERBAND METHOD TUTORIAL." He posted a TikTok video of him meeting his hero ronaldo.html">Cristiano Ronaldo that received over 100 million views.  In the summer of 2025 he dropped a music video for his song Bailar.

He was born Darren Watkins Jr. He introduced his girlfriend on his social media in 2021. They would later split. He has been romantically linked to actress Vanessa Anne Williams since 2024.

He has attempted to win 81 straight NBA 2K games in memory of Kobe Bryant .
