ABOUT DARIEN PORTER

Defensive back, athlete, football player, and special teamer that played college football at Iowa State University from 2019 until 2024. During his career at Iowa State, he was twice given Big 1 All-Academic honors. He was later drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders as a third round pick in 2025.

In addition to football, he also ran track while in high school. As a senior, he ran a 46.99 in the men's 400-meters which is an Iowa state record.

He made Iowa State program history after becoming the first Cyclone since 1996 to record five career blocked kicks. He's also Iowa State's all-time leader in games played. He stands six feet, three inches tall and weighs just under 200 pounds.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the state of Iowa.

He is a notable Iowa State alum just like Tyrese Haliburton .
