ABOUT COOPER DEJEAN
Collegiate defensive back who first enrolled at the University of Iowa as a freshman in the year 2021. Just one year later, he was named a member of the first team All-Big Ten. Besides playing cornerback, he has also recorded reps as a linebacker, safety, and as punt returner.
He was considered a four-star prospect as a senior in high school. While in high school, he played football, basketball, and baseball. He also ran track.
He finished his high school basketball career with the second most points scored in Iowa state history. He also recorded a new Iowa state record in the men's 100-yard dash while in high school. He stands 6'1" tall and weighs just under 210 pounds. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2024 draft.
Although he was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, he grew up living with his parents in Odebolt, Iowa. The town had just over 900 people in it.
His 1,832 points scored in high school is just 55 points more than former NBA champion Harrison Barnes .
