According to the reports, he committed his first murder on November 17, 1980 after abducting, kidnapping and stabbing Christine Weller.
Between the years 1980 and 1981, he was known to have murdered at least 11 people.
He was a native of Vancouver, British Columbia.
He had been convicted for the murder of over ten different people, just like Richard Ramirez .
