Singer-songwriter and social media personality who is widely recognized for songs such as "Toxic," "IDGAF," "Long Drives," and more that he released while wearing a mask. He originally garnered fame on TikTok where his performances quickly went viral. He has more than 7 million fans on the platform. In 2023, he decided to reveal his face and retire his iconic mask.

He made his TikTok debut in September of 2020. His first post features a scene from an anime.

He began his career by posting ukulele covers and mashup performances on TikTok. In April of 2022, he boasted more than 12.5 million monthly listeners on his verified artist page on Spotify. His album Serotonin Dreams was released in May of 2022. In 2024, he released his 5th and final album under the name Boywithuke. He announced he was changing his artist name to "chandol" which is his legal Korean name.

He is from South Korea. His real name is Charley Yang. While he has never given his parents' names, he has said that they are of mixed descent.
