ABOUT BILL MOYERS
Broadcast journalist and documentary television host known for his work with CBS, NBC News, and PBS. During the late 1980s, he produced and hosted a popular television documentary series called Joseph Campbell and the Power of Myth.
He attended the North Texas State College and the University of Texas at Austin.
The author Maurice Sendak did not grant many interviews, but he did sit down for one with Moyers.
He married Judith Suzanne Davidson in 1954.
He was the White House Press Secretary under President Lyndon B. Johnson .
