ABOUT BETH LEVINE
Fashion designer most known for her wild and outrageous shoe designs during the 1940s through the 1970s.
Before becoming a successful designer, she worked as a Red Cross volunteer during World War II.
In 1967, she won the Coty Award for Design Innovation.
She married Herbert Levine in 1944.
In 1961, Nancy Sinatra wore her shoes during publicity shots for her hit single "These Boots Are Made for Walkin."
