ABOUT ANNE WAIGURU
Kenyan politician who is known for having served as the second Governor of Kirinyaga County. She is also recognized for her work with the Jubilee Party of Kenya.
She attended the University of Nairobi where she earned her Master's degree in Economics. She originally started in Public Service before registering for TNA membership in 2016. In 2017, she was elected Governor of Kirinyaga County.
She is also known for having previously served as a Cabinet Secretary for Devolution during President Uhuru Kenyatta .
She was born and raised in Nairobi and has three children.
She has been supported by Deputy President William Ruto on several occasions throughout her political career.
