Daughter of the late German actor and singer Willi Herren. In 2020, she appeared in season eight of the reality show Promi Big Brother. She entered the house on day ten. She was the third housemate to be evicted on Day 13.

In 2012, she and her father attended the premiere of Agent Ranjid in Cologne, Germany.

She was the youngest housemate in the history of Promi Big Brother. In 2019, she appeared in the show Ab ins Kloster! - Rosenkranz statt Randale. Her alessiamillane Instagram page features photos from her daily life. She featured photos taken when she was pregnant in February 2023.

Her mother is Mirella Fazzi. Her brother is Stefano Herren. In 2023, she and her partner married and they welcomed a daughter.

Her father was in the series Einstein, which also starred Laura Berlin .
